The 'Orillia Island Princess' is build on a welded steel hull, constructed in Canada by Duratug Shipyards in Port Dover, Ontario
she is Transport Canada certified and currently holds a valid liquor licence. (Licensed for 203 persons) 

With a colourful history starting as a cruise ship at Orillia's water front from her launch date until 2020(nearly 4 decades), The vessel would then act as a waterfront restaurant and bar for 4 years, In 2024 she would sail away from the port of Orillia for the last time after 40 years of service. Destined for her new home in Berrie, Ontario. where she is currently moored. 

  • Equipped with a total of 5 Cummins diesel motors!!
    Main power is provided by (3) Cummins diesel motors, Direct drives & fixed pitch propellers with rudders. In 2024 the vessel underwent a substantial  'Service' and 'Refit' added now is a 18Kw solar power charging system with a backup cummins generator. 
  • With 8 winch operated Spuds, 4 Portside & 4 Starboard. she can literally "stand up, out of the water"
