This particular Regal 4060 Hard-Top Express Yacht was sold and delivered new in the spring of 2010 to Lake Ontario, and is a 100% fresh-water, two-owner boat that's just been traded on a larger Regal Yacht. 

The 4060 is a scaled down version of Regals 4160, a mid-range express cruiser with a true two-stateroom layout, 3 berths, two single beds aft. And one larger ‘double’ V berth forward as the vip state room. Both equipped with private heads, a convenience seldom found on a vessel of this size. Both rooms have privacy doors (rather than curtains) perfect for a cruising family, or the couple that enjoys having frequent guests on-board. Her cabin is finished in beautifully crafted American high gloss Cherry Wood, cherry and holly flooring for a very luxurious feel. 

The cockpit layout is ideal for entertaining with thanks to the hard-top and custom enclosure with strata glass windows, a well-appointed cockpit wetbar, a semicircle settee with ample guess seating on top of the aft L bench and a walk-through windshield for safe access to the bow sun pad. 

Powered by Volvo Penta IPS 500's with joystick control, her hefty 13' beam and 40'1”LOA, modified V hull handles nimbly and efficiently.  Only 590 hours on the engines and LESS THAN 200 hours on the generator! This 4060 is LOADED, She has just been mechanically serviced, buffed and is ready for the next chapter in its successful cruising career!

Few boats have matched the popularity of the Carver 350 mariner ever…. Built from 1997 to 2010, and called the 36 mariner from 2004 onwards. The Carver 350/36 Mariner boasts a 12’9” Beam with a 36’7” L.O.A 

Powered by twin gas/petrol 350MerCruisers (300hp) with V-Drives for a combined 600hp. 

**This specific vessel received two brand new motors in 2022. And currently sits with less than 40hours of run time. 

This vessel is an easy entry boat with large swim step, spacious lower cockpit with large sliding doors to the full beam main salon, single level to master head and stateroom.

The sliding glass door partition separates the well equip main salon from your open air lounge areas, the single helm flybridge with cockpit and bow seating. These areas are accessible via wide port/starboard moulded stairs. The salon offers a semi circle dinette to port with a drop-down table and filler cushions that make up a convertible guest berth. Directly across is a sectional L shaped seating area. Mid cabin is your galley, head (bathroom) with separate standalone shower and stateroom access. The forward stateroom gets an offset twin berth and sliding door separator from the rest of the salon.

On the flybridge a Bimini top provides shade, one has access to the bow seating area via port and starboard walk ways as well as a hatch and latter for salon access. 

The Carver 350 Mariner with 2 new engines, The interior is roomy, and comfortable, the bridge is  huge. A great boat for extended trips or entertaining your family and friends on a day cruise of Toronto harbour. 

Current ownership started in 2001 so essentially a single owner vessel for the past 24 years, reason for sale is because the vessel has gotten less & less use over the past two years. the boat will need some love. a compound / wax .. bottom paint. ++
