1975 Custom Staysail Schooner 90’ — “One Ocean”

Crafted in 1975 at Port Hammond, B.C., Canada by Folkes Manufacturing Ltd., One Ocean is a 90-foot custom staysail schooner with a striking all-steel hull—a timeless testament to Canadian shipbuilding & craftsmanship.

Originally configured with 26 berths, two heads, and even a sauna, her first voyages were as bold as her build. Under her second owner, she embarked on an extraordinary journey: sailing down the  Pacific coast, transiting the Panama Canal, on to the Amazon, and eventually returning to Vancouver, where she was moored in Gastown. There, she served for many years as a charter vessel for scuba diving expeditions in the Gulf Islands. One of her most unique features—an onboard moon pool—which allowed divers to access the water directly from within the vessel, a rare and innovative design at the time.

Her colorful charter history and far-reaching voyages place her firmly within the annals of Canadian maritime heritage.

Below deck, One Ocean has undergone a significant transformation. The original 27 berths have been reconfigured to a spacious 12, surrounded by warm varnished mahogany paneling and a Brazilian cherry sole. 2008 Bayliner 300SB

Introduced in 2008 as the Bayliner 300 SB cruiser , and rebadged as the 315SB cruiser from 2009 to 2012 when production ended. Moulded with a 30’LOA & 10’Beam.

The Bayliner 300/315 SB is a versatile entry level pocket cruiser, the market for family Cruisers in this size range is very competitive and Bayliner designers strove to include a host of features into this boat to set her apart from the pack. Perhaps her most notable attribute is a surprisingly roomy interior a feat made possible by carrying the beam well forward in the hull, while it’s not uncommon to see a 30 footer sleep six people. It’s often at the expense of galley and seating space .. not so on this vessel, especially when the dinette table is removed and stowed.

Overall, the accommodations are spacious and comfortable, top side the cockpit and the helm are very well arranged with ample space and brand new plush navy blue Marine carpets. the current owner has upgraded to an LED (JBL Marine) audio system throughout, included is an upgraded Raymarine Axiom GPS/Maps chart plotter.
